Our home office is located in the Stone Oak Medical Building adjacent to North Central Baptist hospital. This is near the intersection of highway 281 and 1604. From 281 exit Sonterra (one exit north of 281) and go West approximately 1.5 miles until the road ends into Stone Oak parkway. Go right, and the next light (a few hundred yards) is Madison Oak. 
Go right again, and the Stone Oak Medical building is on our right. We are on the 6th floor.
